Jay joined ACE Hydraulics in 2010 after working regionally in the hydraulic repair business. He has equal strength in mechanics and customer service relationships. His experience as a sole proprietor in the field for a period of time has afforded him a real world appreciation for running a business and the importance of meeting customer expectations.
